Critical when motion detected

Question

My backyard ring shows the word Critical in red when motion detected. And will not allow me to snooze either. Need to get rid of Critical, in red. Need to be able to snooze when mowing the lawn. What did I do?

Hi @user_a33430. I would recommend checking your Priority Alerts settings under Device Settings, Notification Settings. This setting allows you to receive alerts even when your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode. It sounds like you may have the Override Snooze and Schedules option toggled on.
