I want to purchase the Ring Wired Video Doorbell with Chime (2nd generation), but when
I took the cover off my current transformer, there wasn’t any information about it, not even the brand. So, how can I know if the new doorbell will be compatible with the transformer I have?

Hi @user_45986d. Most transformers usually have the voltage information stamped into the metal on one of the sides of the transformer. If you unsure of the voltage, it can be checked with a multimeter. If you don't have confidence to do this, you may need to contact an electrician.
