Ring transfer to new phone carrier
troubleshooting
I am very tech challenged unfortunately… I need to change phone carriers …. I am keeping my same phone number … I think they have their SIM card to put in new phone - My concern is- will the RING app be transferred to new phone? NOT DELETING old device HELP!!!

Hi @user_f560fd. If your phone number is the same, all you'll need to do is download the Ring app on your new phone and login. All of your devices will still be available.
