Hello, I am in desperate need of retrieving footage from November 15 2025
it is needed for a court case.
is there anyway to retrieve it or my lawyer can retrieve it?
footage was captured under “motion”

Hi @user_05feed. If you are a Ring Protect Plan subscriber, and you have your specific device set to a video storage length that goes back to that specific date, you can download it. In short, If you can view the video in your Ring app, you can download it. If the video is not able to be viewed in your Ring app, then the video no longer exists.
