MyQ Garage Doors won’t show on Ring App

My MyQ garage door openers both show on the Ring app for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but they won’t show on my wife’s iPhone 15 Pro. When I add them it states that her Amazon account is already linked and it does open the MyQ app to control them, but they won’t show in the Ring app like they do on my phone. Any ideas?

Hi @user_9d2eaa. The MyQ integration cannot be shared with Shared Users in the Ring app. It will only show up for the Owner who set up the integration. However, you should be able to set up another user in the MyQ app, allowing her to control the garage door opener from there.
