Ring.com vs App on my iphone

It seems that I get a lot more events on the app on my iphone than I do when I look at the cameras on Ring.com. I find that frustrating. Is there a way to get the same detail on Ring.com. Example... I had a tree come down last night in a wind storm and that shows up on the app... on Ring.com it's a non-event.

Hi @user_58c53c. Is it a snapshot or a motion recording that you are referring to? If it is a snapshot, those are not available to view on Ring.com. Snapshots are only available in the Ring app in your Event History Timeline.
