We love the ability to view the camera streams on our Amazon Firestick 4K Max.  We recently upgraded our ring cameras to 4K and we are noticing a major scaling issue when it comes to the Phone aspect ratio vs. TV aspect ratio. 

When the camera stream is viewed full screen on the TV via the amazon firestick there is a major scaling issue and the image is distorted and stretched. 

When we cast the image from our phone via the ring app there are black bars above and below and the image is perfect.  The problem with this is we can't use our phones and watch the cameras on the TV at the same time unless we stop casting. 

The Amazon Firestick app needs to be able to add the black bars to adjust for the resolution difference.   

This seems to be an oversight as the fix is clearly to add black bars to the 4K image being displayed by the Firestick.  We have called support on this and they suggested we post here.  Please help.
