My Kidde Smoke and CO detector went off today. I was not notified of the incident and I am subscribed to 24/7 protect, I was given an A.I. response on how I should contact the manufacturer of the device but RING advertised that for what I am paying for I should be getting notified by RING. So tell me what am I paying for??

Hi @user_30cf72. Check the Device Health menu to make sure that the device is online. Next, tap on the Monitoring Settings menu to review your Monitoring Status. This should give you an indication as to how the devices should respond.
