Hello!

I just purchased a Ring Doorbell Cam to replace my Arlo doorbell so I  can see the cam's feed on my Samsung refrigerator with the tablet in the door. The Ring doorbell works as intended and I can see the video feed on my Android phone with no issues. I installed the Ring app on on the fridge and added the Ring camera widget to my home screen. Ringing the doorbell opens the Ring app as intended but I see no video, but I do have two way audio. Help, I spend most of my time in our kitchen cooking and hanging out and I need to see who's at my front door which is pretty far from my kitchen. Thanks!
