New phone now can’t log on

Got a new phone but now can’t log into the Ring app only on to the web browser.Have deleted and reloaded app. Nothing works. Have reset password nothing works. Still get the same message which is. Verification failed Please Try again

    Hi @user_5f3f6b. What type of phone is this and what version of the Ring app installed? Do you have a VPN active on your new phone? If so, try disabling it. Do you have all permissions allowed and enabled for the Ring app?
