Connection to Amazon Alexa issue

Hi, we have a ring video doorbell 2. We have several Amazon echoes on the property etc. Which I thought were connected. I can view via the app. After purchasing a echo show 5 I realised the ring doorbell isn’t connected. It doesn’t ring on any of my Amazon devices. I have tried everything?! Any suggestions please

Hi @J9xsm. I would make sure that in the Alexa app, you have Doorbell Announcements toggled on. You may need to disable to Ring Skill and reenable it, to see if that offers any improvement.
