Since updating phone to iOS 18, I no longer get camera notifications on my phone. Still get neighbors and alarm notifications. I have tried all the suggested things to check- nothing works

I did that, twice today. Every time they tell me to turn off my phone and turn it back on, after resetting they have to call me back. They never do. Terrible customer service
