We have had several false alarms triggered by false detections on the motion detectors.

Each time, it was a false alarm.

However, the batteries are full, and the detectors are positioned correctly according to Ring's recommendations. They are at the right height and not facing windows. The sensitivity is set to minimum. I have cleaned them, but nothing works. We still get alerts. And in several rooms. What should I do? Please help me, thank you.
