Ring outdoor Cam Plus enters in Energy Save mode!

I have a Ring Outdoor Cam plus with battery, currently it’s connected to a 5V/20W external power supply, so I set the “plugged mode” as supply. The camera works properly except when I switch from one mode to another. For example, switching from Out of Home to Disabled mode or vice versa, I receive a notification for which the device no longer receives power and activates Energy Saving Mode. Forcing a restart, it works properly again, but this happens every time.
