False alarm due to false detections by the motion sensor
We have had several false alarms triggered by false detections on the motion detectors.
Each time, it was a false alarm.
However, the batteries are full, and the detectors are positioned correctly according to Ring's recommendations. They are at the right height and not facing windows. The sensitivity is set to minimum. I have cleaned them, but nothing works. We still get alerts. And in several rooms. What should I do? Please help me, thank you.

Hi @user_da2cfd. These Motion Senors operate off of PIR (Passive Infrared) motion detection. This means, they sense differences in temperature. Is there something warm/hot nearby? Maybe a HVAC vent?
To test is the Motion Sensor is faulty, place it a box or cabinet for 1 hour and see if any motion is detected. If it's detecting motion in a box, it's faulty. If not, there is something in the environment triggering the cam.
If you'd like, share a picture from underneath the sensor so we can look at what sensor sees and possibly identify what is giving these false alarms.
