Ordered 3 each Cam Plus Wired and 1 each Doorbell Wired with Chime.  Received 3 battery cameras and a wired doorbell without the chime.  After calling into support, I was told there is a separate package being sent at some point with the wireing kit and the door chime at a later date.  Why was I not updated by email that my order was shipping in two different orders by way of a backorder email showing the missing parts?
