Unresolved Warranty Issue After 10 Years of Loyalty

I’ve been a loyal RING customer for 10 years, consistently paying the fee for the extended warranty and cloud storage to review past motion alerts. Unfortunately, I’ve recently had a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share.This past year, I was issued a new credit card due to fraud, which caused a one-time issue with the payment on file. Despite promptly updating my payment information and remaining up to date on my fees, I was informed today that RING will not honor the extended warranty for my eight devices because of this single instance of late payment in a decade.I spoke with two RING representatives in the Philippines who both confirmed this policy, which feels incredibly unfair given my long history as a paying customer. I was also told a manager would contact me to resolve the issue, but as of 9:23 PM, I have not received a call or any further assistance.This experience has been extremely disappointing. After 10 years of loyalty and consistent payments, I expected better customer service and flexibility in addressing an issue caused by circumstances beyond my control.I hope RING will reconsider its stance on this matter and honor the extended warranty I’ve been paying for all these years.
