Motion Detection Not working

Floodlight Cam Wired Pro having issues. Live view works fine, but a couple of weeks ago it stopped recording any motion at all. Never changed any settings. It just stopped working. Rebooted it, nothing changed. I even did a hard factory reset, removed it from my account and set it back up again. Still no motion detection. It’s all turned on and sensitivity turned all the way up. Any ideas on what could fix this?
