Ring won't connect to router
My ring 3rd generation won't connect to my router. I know It has to do a the ring will only connect to a 2.4ghz WiFi. My Internet has 2.4,5,6ghz channels. Idk how to get it to connect ππ

That means the ring gear is not up to date as they should work on both 2.4ghz and the newer 5.6ghz as most things work on 5.6ghz now, and some routers you cannot split the channels so say doorbell and a floodlight connect to the 2.4. and say a stick up camera connects to the 5.6, as they do if you use a BT COMPLETE WI-FI DISC, ADD ON DISCS dual band router, they connect to witch is closer in the house and if you go in your Router setting you can see what each ring device is connected to on your network !
