Solid white circle
I have come to charge my ring doorbell camera (built in battery) but there is just a solid white ring rather than a blue flashing circle. I believe this means it is in idle mode. I have tried a reboot through the app and a reset by pressing the orange button on the back for 20 seconds etc. Having completed the process the solid white ring is still there. Am I missing something? Thanks

Hi @user_556cb2. What specific model doorbell is this? You can find that information in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. Also, is this doorbell hardwired? A solid white light indicates that the doorbell is hardwired to a transformer or a Plug-In Adapter. Is there something specific that is not working on your doorbell, or are you just wanting to turn off the white LED light?
