I have a chime device for my ring and it has stopped working. I have tried everything but I think there may be something wrong with the power supply because when I plug it into an outlet, the blue light flashes for one second and goes off

Byt he way, I tried all this: A single, one-second flash of blue light on a Ring Chime, followed by nothing, typically indicates a power cycle or a brief connection issue. To resolve this, try unplugging the Chime, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in. If the issue persists, further troubleshooting steps like resetting the Chime, checking Wi-Fi connections, or contacting Ring's support team may be necessary. Detailed Steps to Troubleshoot: 1. Power Cycle: Unplug the Ring Chime from the power outlet and wait for about 10 seconds. Then, plug it back in. 2. Reset the Chime: If the single flash persists, try holding the reset button on the Chime for 5-60 seconds. 3. Check Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is working correctly and that the Chime is within range. You may need to reconnect the Chime to your Wi-Fi network through the Ring app. 4. Check the Ring App: Verify the Chime is still connected to your Ring account and appears as a device in the app. If not, you may need to remove and re-add it. 5. Consider Interference: If you have other electronic devices nearby, they might be causing interference. Try moving the Chime to a different outlet to see if that helps.
