Super Sensitive Ring video doorbell

My new Video Ring Doorbell seems really sensitive? , is this normal? My ring video doorbell picks up unknown invisible sounds and I think strong winds? I get quite a bit a lot of sensor motion notifications from my Ring app from my Ring video doorbell BUT when I check my video Ring doorbell there is no one there??? Why is this?

    Hi @Tiger25. I would go over your Motion Settings. This could be set too sensitive and be the culprit of these false motions. This Community article [here](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/Feature-Update-Customizable-Motion-Zones-for-Battery-Devices/ba-p/62829) has some great information on Motion Zones. I hope this helps!
