Constant flashing white light then blue

Question

My gen 2 doorbell keeps constantly flashing white and then constantly flashing blue I don’t know why but it also won’t let me even use it won’t give notifications when people press it and no motion detection and will not let me live view can anyone suggest anything

Hi @user55146. If your Doorbell is stuck flashing white and blue lights, try factory resetting it to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the set-up button for 20–25 seconds.
