iOS Widgets Not Working Anymore.
Ok, so I was asked by Ring to come here and post my issue. The issue is… Since the early April iOS app update the iOS widgets don’t work. They won’t let you access any 2K or 4K cameras. I have 9 Ring cameras and when I edit the widget it only gives me an option to add 3 of them (the non-2K/4K o

Doorbell not working on new mobile
I have a new mobile so when I open the ring app and log into my account it says add a device. When I do this it says it is registered to someone else but that is ne. It works on my Alexa.

Hi, it would be a great feature to have a 'battery percentage dashboard'.Expected result = Displays all the battery percentages for each connected device in one screen.User experience, removes the need for the user go into each connected device to check the current battery status.

iOS Widgets - STILL WAITING!
I know I’ve posted about this before. As have others. But it’s been 30 days since the told Ring about the iOS widgets no longer working after a RING APP update. I’ve spoken to Apple and they’ve told me it has nothing to do with them and it’s 100% a Ring issue. Ring say they know about it. C

I have recently bought a new wireless doorbell and deactivated the old broken one. I have an active solo plan but it hasn’t transferred over to my new bell. It’s asking me to cancel subscription and renew. Is this correct
