Open Door Arming loses configuration

troubleshooting

I use 2 doors to enter/exit house. I set "Open Door Arming" on both and it works. After some days, it stops working and I have to enable the setting on each door contact again. Is anyone else seeing this happen?

I have a Premium subscription for my ring alarm.When i tried call the support they asked for a code there should be in the controle panel.
