Solor connection
I have two batteries in my ring camera. Now installed ring solor. Not showing connected. One battery is at 100% the other is at 34%. Is this normal?

Cannot stop ring taking payments from my elderly fathers account
I cannot stop Ring taking payments for a service my elderly father doesnt use. Basicly my father has developed dementia and I have l/p/a for finances and property which I have running. Checking his accounts ring has been debiting £49 for years for a service he doesnt use and because he doesnt know
