May 28 Data Breach Affected My Account and My Mother's — No Response from Ring

I’m posting here because I’ve emailed and called Ring multiple times and have received no clear answers.Both my Ring account and my mother’s account were accessed without our permission early in the morning on May 28. The hacker renamed the devices in both accounts to make it appear as if it was the same user. We both had two-factor authentication enabled, yet the breach still happened.We only found out by accident, and Ring never notified us. This is unacceptable. The cameras in our homes may have exposed highly personal and confidential information, and this puts our safety at risk.We demand that Ring publicly acknowledge what happened, explain how this occurred despite 2FA, and tell us what steps they are taking to fix this and protect user data. Many users are reporting the same issue—why is Ring not communicating with us?If anyone else has experienced this or has received a response from Ring, please share it here.
