Ring Doorbell 2 offline

Hi all,2 issues really. We had the electrician hardwire our Ring 2 doorbell, but the battery still depletes. What’s up with that/ how to fix?Also- the battery was around 25% charge last night, but today it is offline and won’t go back. Tried pulling the battery and replacing- no help. Tried pushing the little button on the front as per the app directions. No dice.When I put the battery back in, it flashes dark blue, and then eventually goes dim steady white on the LEDs. But is not seen by the app and doesn’t trigger the ringer.So- what next?
