Light won’t turn on...again!

Question

I have a wired floodlight cam. It shows 5 red dots on it and the light won’t go off with motion. I see the video but no light. This is not the first time. I’ve tried the hard reset. Didn’t work. Now what?

Hi @sgesualdi. I would first make sure that your Floodlight Cam is not wired into a dimmer switch, as this could cause issues.
