I need to change the birds eye view setting on my stick up outside cam but getting to it is not easy. Can I do this without scanning the QR code? It is showing live view quite happily (and has been for years) on my android phone my wife's iphone and apple tablet and my desktop PC? Ideally I would like to do this from this my desktop PV is this possible?

Hi @user_2b5f12. You do not need to scan the QR code to adjust settings on your Ring device. We have steps on how to edit the Bird's Eye Zones from the Ring app here. Bird's Eye Zones cannot be changed on Ring.com, only from the Ring app.
