Changing a router

I have a new router and can't get the option to change it. I have clicked on device health etc but the option to change the name of the router doesn't come up. I have tried numerous times and different routes to it. HELP

Hi @user_466474. Shared Users cannot change the wifi network on a Ring device. Only the owners are able to do so. If you are missing the option to change its network, then you are most likely a shared user of the Ring device.

No I am the only user. Although I'm a 79 year old I'm am reasonably tech savvy and have tried just about everything I can numerous times, but I just can't change the network. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have just tried again and as a result of having a new router the devices are off-line. So when I try to change the network it takes me to "setup a device". On here there is an option that says " recent wi-fi or network change" and when I click that it doesn't give me the option to change the router. It takes me to setting up a device. So I'm going round in circles.
