I have a 2nd gen ring doorbell. Model 5um5e5. I purchased a solar charger that claimed to be suitable for a 2nd gen doorbell with micro usb and screw fix power adaption. The configuration of the solar panel is incompatible with the mounting of my camera. Is there an adapter available?

Hi @user_5d86f1. Where did you order this Solar Charger from? Are you able to check your order history? It looks like you may have ordered this model of the Solar Charger, which is not compatible with the Video Doorbell 2nd Generation.
