Ring App Access
I currently purchased a Ring Security camera. I was using a Ring Pro doorbell. We moved and now I want to have access to my security camera. I am able to log into the app and set up the device. Everything good for me but it will not let my wife login to the app on her iPhone. She is logging into the app with my login and it will not allow her to login. She had access before to the doorbell so she got all the alerts. If we cannot get her access we will need to return the camera and try another camera. She is not able to get emails on her iPhone so not sure if this has any effect. I can share the access with her but she cannot get the email on her phone. Any suggestions? Next step is to call Ring and see what they say. I am able to log into my phone, IPad and computer with no problems.

Hi @user_1a6e41. Account access is not dependent on a specific device. Can you please clarify why your wife is unable to log into either your or her Ring account? Is she receiving a specific error message? She should be able to download the Ring app on her phone and enter the appropriate credentials, email and password, to log in. She may be prompted to enter a two-step verification code, typically sent via text message to the phone number on file, if she is logging in on a new phone.
