Features are locked??
troubleshooting
I have a £49.99 plan, which renews in February. However I’ve noticed I am not getting calls or motion alerts?? And when I check, it says both features are locked.. why is this? Can’t get hold of anyone (due to the time I’m guessing!) but really needed if the live views back asap.. I’ve checked notifications etc.. all on. Hope someone can help…

Hi @user_f298ad. The Doorbell Calls feature requires a compatible Ring subscription. Currently, this feature is not available on the Ring Home Basic plan. You can still receive motion and ring alerts via the Ring app on your phone. We have tips on how to manage alerts here. Let me know if you have any other questions.
