Doorbell reporting incorrect power source with solar

Ring doorbell series2, not detecting solar and indicating as ‘wired’.My tests and checks:-WiFi excellent, power from solar v good 5.5v.When disconnecting Solar and re checking ring status - health it says reverted to battery power, solar not connected. Which in this instance is correct. Reconnecting solar and then checking status it changes to ‘HARDWIRED’. This is totally wrong. This process was repeated 3 times with the same result.This is definitely a hardware/ firmware fault with the ring doorbell.Note my other camera series 1 reports correctly. However after updating the App this doorbell has disappeared off my dashboard…!Please address the above… thanks S Harvey

    Hi @user81816. I’d recommend trying a reboot from the Device Health page. After the reboot is done, navigate back to the Device Health page to see what the power status is reported as. Please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing if it’s still incorrect. Additionally, it would also be useful to know which version of the Ring app you’re using.
