Chime not working

Chime has stopped working. No blue light nor green light. Plugged in to working socket. Just a very fast single blue flash then nothing. I’ve tried to reset but still nothing.

Hi @user_dc22af. If you haven't tried so already, plug the Ring Chime into a different power outlet, then hold down the reset button on the side for about 15 seconds. After that's done, attempt to complete a new setup with the Chime using the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app. If the above troubleshooting steps do not work, and your Ring Chime is still unresponsive, the next step would be to contact our support team.
