I tried to request a new lead via the instant chat but they are unable to assist as the item is not listed on the website. They advised that I should call them, I’ve since had a cable delivered by DPD free of charge and while out of warranty. Thank you everyone

Hi @user_251bc7. As @user63814 suggested, it would be best to contact our support team directly to see if a replacement power supply can be sent. You can reach out to our support team either via phone, or on Facebook @Ring by sending a private message.

It's odd, but Ring just don't seem to offer a replacement supply for the Base Station. There aren't even any third-party ones on Amazon.Sadly the PSU for the cameras and doorbells aren't the right ones. All I can suggest is contacting Support to see what they suggest (best done through the web app). Perhaps theey have some in stock, they can't never go wrong after all so they must have some somewhere.
