Ring not picking up Amazon delivery drivers.
So I’ve been reading post after post about the same problem that my ring has it does not pick up the Amazon delivery drivers. Before the response comes back it tells me to adjust my zone settings and my battery and all that other stuff that is not the problem. Every time I go out to pick up my package, it picks me up just fine. The most recent package was delivered 15 minutes ago approximately and I didn’t know somebody was on my porch, and the package was literally set touching the wall that my ring camera is on. In order to put the package there you would almost have to touch your nose to my ring camera. So it absolutely is not a ring setting or zone issue. So why does this keep happening? I have a ring camera so I know what’s going on on my property, and that should have no exceptions not Amazon delivery drivers not criminals trying to break into my door. I want a truthful answer on this. Why is this happening?

My spotlight garage has similar issues. I’ve turned up all settings and have the zone set up for the driveway and side yard. It never recognizes, records or alerts when my fedex driver drops off. When I was under the free trial it would show everything. It would show him stop at my driveway, walk to the garage and place the package against the garage door. Now I pay the $20 per month service and it’s terrible play back. No alert, no truck, nobody walking a package up the driveway, nobody setting it against the garage. Even when I see a package, I watch the playback and nothing shows up. My front door ring camera is better at picking up but it sometimes skips. It was also better under free trial. I also can only get it to replay video under 3 minute intervals. I really miss the free trial version.
