Stick up camera constantly blinking blue LED

Hi, I have just bought the stick up battery and it is always offline. The blue LED is constantly blinking and resets don't seem to work. I tried many troubleshooting steps and am now stumped. Can anybody help me with my problem? Thank you.

Hi @Hroa88. If it's a Stick Up Cam Battery, ensure the battery is fully charged before trying to reset it. When you do reset the Camera, you'll need to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that, attempt to follow the setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Camera is still unresponsive, our support team can further assist.
