Same issue. Plug in Camera went offline. Dead. Tested with another cable and it came up fine. I was sent a replacement cable from Ring Support. (A couple of weeks) once the cable was replaced the camera worked for about a week and went offline again! A little choked paying for recording subscription with an offline camera! Thinking of pursuing warranty as it is the first ring camera I have encountered trouble with. Are you able to replace with a different model under warranty?
