I signed up for Ring Home Basic Yearly Plan in June 2026 which has now been automatically transitioned to the Ring Solo Plan. However, the Basic Plan included the Familiar Faces feature, which is no longer available under the Solo Plan. As a result, I have lost access to a feature that was included in my original subscription. How can I re-instate this feature without having to pay again for the intelligence add-on?
