Sold the house, new owner.
Hi,
I have sold the house with a ring alarm and the new owner is supposed to take over the ring alarm. How do I do it correctly? I’m i supposed to delete the hole thing and they do a new installation or is it some other way?

Hi @user_ba54a4. Yes, that is correct. You will need to remove each Ring Alarm component (Contact Sensor, Keypad, etc.), then remove the Base Station from your account. This will leave the system ready for the new owners to set up under their Ring account. If they run into any issues during set up, our support team is available by phone, or @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
