troubleshooting
I am currently having issues with my Internet that won't be resolved until tomorrow. In the meantime, my ring peephole cam doorbell is still able to function as a doorbell and rings when the button is pressed. My Chime Pro does not ring even though the doorbell is connected directly to the chime's internal network. Does the chime pro require an internet connection in order to ring?

Hi @user_b8f762. Yes, the Chime Pro requires an internet connection in order to work. The Chime Pro isn't putting off its own network, it is a wifi extender. Since your internet is down, there is no wifi network for the Chime Pro to connect to and extend.
