got new wifi
troubleshooting

I changed internet provider and router, but nowhere can I find how to change to the new wifi.  Ideas??

    Hi @user_9d030e. Only the owners of the Ring devices can change the wifi on Ring devices. Shared Users do not have this ability. Are you the owner or a shared user of the Ring device?
