@MB8 Are you trying to start a new post for a question? Whenever you're on one of the boards, like the [Doorbells](https://community.ring.com/c/products/16) or [Security Cameras](https://community.ring.com/c/products/17) boards, you should see a **+ New Topic** button in the top right corner. Click on that and a window will pop up to allow you to create a new topic with your own title, tags, and body of the post.

I’m finding the whole company for support totally useless ..nothing is working ..tried phoning..agent / bot doesn’t know..I’m in a trial period..won’t be continuing..

I would like to extend an appreciated email to the associate that assisted me this evening, this lady was certainly polite, patient, and professional and we are so pleased with her customer service, it is so refreshing to actually communicate in such a manner, I will post and review a segment on Ring on such great customer service, thank you again, that lady deserves a RAISE!!
