Suggestion add Closed Captions on all of the Ring Video Doorbell Products

I am highly recommend add new closed captions all of the Ring Video Doorbell Products that way I will know when new visitors talk to me at outside my place when they are answering my doors due I am a new hearing impaired customer.

    Thank you for posting this suggestion. As a hearing impaired customer, the first time I received a notification of doorbell ring through the app I felt uncomfortable as I would have benefited from talking to the individual at the door but I was fearful of an awkward situation if I didn't hear well enough. Live transcriptions is being offered by many other companies/products and it would be a major accessibility value-add if Ring would integrate the option of toggling a live transcription feature on through the app.

      I agree. Sometime it’s hard for me to understand what a person is saying.
