Problem with connection HT611-01

Hi guys,,
according to the listing, insert wire C-4 into port 9 and each port must have an exisitng instercom wire already connected.
Unfortunately, there is no already connected wire at port 9.
please see attached files. and due to this I couldn't open the door.
except that all the testing procedure was passed...
where to connect wire C-4?

For anyone encountering this, double-check the physical location of each numbered port on your terminal block, as they may not be where you'd expect them.

Connection itself has it's own Nr. therefore port 9 what I'm asking for was placed at different place.
I reconnected them all once again and it's working. this could help to setup next time..
