Ring won't download on an iOS 18 device
troubleshooting
I try to download the ring app on my iphone 13 running iOS 18, but I am returned the error message that I need iOS 17 or higher, which I have. I have followed all of the useless troubleshooting hints provided by the chatbot. reconnect to the internet, reboot etc.
