Alexa Greeting not an option on Ring Doorbell Pro 4K
I just got the doorbell pro 3rd gen 4k. The alexa greetings feature is not present for this one. Is it coming later or am I missing something? Alexa and ring are linked and the skill is active.

Night time videos
I noticed that I had not got any any motion in the back recorded for awhile, I assume the woods was just quiet, but last nite I got up about 2:00 am to find the light had been activated but no video in the history, suggestions?

Timeline
Is there anyway I can go back and look at an event that didn’t trigger the motion detector? At 2:57 my mailbox was standing but it wasn’t at 3:57. The timeline looks like it’s set for every hour. Is there anyway to go look at an event within that hour thanks kim s
