Floodlight Cameras Motion Activated Lights
Ok, so my floodlight camera is acting up. When the dome underneath it detects motion the dome flashes a few times but the lights won't come on. I've chatted with two agents who tell me in one comment that the lights don't work if the camera doesn't detect motion. In the next statement they say the

Ring Alert Denied
A man was on my dark porch with his hands up to the glass looking into my window. This was at night. When I turned on the porch light… he ran away down the road. I included a picture. The man was in his late 30’s or early 40’s. There wasn’t a car parked on our street. I tried to post a neighborhood

I want to transfer these now to the

Doorbell Pro(Gen 3) Doesn't recognize motion past 10 feet away from camera
I recently purchased a Wired Doorbell Pro(Gen 3) to replace my Wired Doorbell Pro(Gen 2). This doorbell will not recognize motion that occurs more than 10 feet from the doorbell's camera. I've reset it at least 4 times, including twice while on the phone wiht the -1-800 support line. My

Doorbell Time sensitive motion zones
Has anyone had any communication to ring about potentially adding a feature that allows you to select different motion zones depending on time of the day ? I’d like to have the motion zones just on the footpath outside my home during the day but at night I would like the entire picture to be
