Warranty replacement
Where do I go for a replacement under warranty? I have been thru chat and tried all resets, troubleshooting, etc. They said its a hardware issue and to contact warranty about a replacement. However, I am going in circles trying to figure out how to go about getting to the warranty dept. Any help is

Camera Zones - alerts for a zone and only record another zone
I have a spotlight camera pointed toward the front yard and driveway that records and alerts of any motion. I would like to add a zone for the street which will only record and not send me an alert. This would be helpful if my neighborhood has car break-ins or other crime.

Access to personal videos
I find it very disturbing that Ring will grant access to our personal videos (the ones we capture inside and outside of our property) to external companies and law enforcement. The videos that are captured on OUR ring devices our own property. They are not public domain. They are not to be sha
